DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Your orders are delivered to cargo within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) after bank approval. Depending on the distance of the delivery address to the Diemo Store, the courier company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days.

Delivery times of special production products vary according to the production time. The delivery information and times of such products are specified on the product pages.

In case of a mishap caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete, complete and correct. Delivery is not done on weekends and feast days.

All of the products you choose will be delivered to you by the courier company we have contracted with. Our company is in cooperation with YURTİÇİ cargo company in Turkey and FEDEX cargo with all other countries. An e-mail with a cargo tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your products are delivered. With this tracking number, you can track where your cargo is in the My Orders section. 

The products you have purchased will be notified to you by a confirmation e-mail. 

DiEMO Store  It is an online shopping site. It allows multiple users to shop at the same time. 

Important Note: For orders placed after 13:00 during the day, the transactions will start from the next day. Orders placed after 13:00 on Friday will be processed on Monday.
